The Chrysler PT Cruiser was introduced in the 2001 model year. Beginning with 2006 models, an inflatable knee bolster was added to the lower instrument panel designed to minimize knee injuries to drivers in frontal crashes.

Just wanted to say I love this car. No it does not have a good turning radius. And whoever told that guy it has good gas mileage, my granny's 09 pt only averages 22 tops MPG.

@alexkvaskov It's a trash car but it's great for the elderly. My Mother in law who is 76 just rented one and is considering purchasing it. She likes it because it's fairly comfortable, and she can see out of it easily, it's very good on fuel and is very practical
