Trustee Judy Sigwalt, an ally in sponsoring the Immigration Relief Ordiance (to punish businesses hiring or renting to undocumented aliens, and requring all business in the Village conducted only in English), demands that Village President Bill Sarto stop Mr. Leva from talking. Mr. Sarto encourges Mr. Leva to continue. (Mr. Sarto also attempted a criminal investigation into Trustee Humpher, which was dropped by the Village Police.) Recorded April 03, 2007.

  • Paul Humpfer convicted of beating his wife. No longer need to refer to him as alleged wife beater. You might remember him as the guy that was immortalized in Trace Adkin's song "I beat my wife so she shot me through the heart". Oh, wait a minute, that wasn't a song. Thats what actually happened to Trace. Anyhoo, Paul's a busy man. He beats his wife, serves on Carpentersville's board of trustees, and works as an accountant for Zurich Financial Services.

  • And lives in Indiana now, don't forget that.

  • "Carpentersville resident attacks Trustee Paul Humpher"

HEY, Grant, he is not a Carpentersville resident! He lives in Dundee! Dumb mistake!

  • Am I getting a bit under your skin, Dennis?

  • I love sarto He is a very fair man. The racist lady does not allow him to do his job.

  • kye-bosk (KIBOSH). Charles Dickens would be proud of this historical re-enactment.

  • I think everyone in the villiage of Carpentersville should keep talking about the beating all they want!

  • I don't get it. If a guy beats his wife .. he should be publicly ridiculed. A political forum is the appropriate place to discuss this issue. I don't see why everyone is upset about this guy talking?

  • ... and I am from upstate NY, and have been following theses vids for ages - seriously folks, its WAY better than anything currently on cable. Man, what a community - what a representation of local government. The behavior of the members of the town board ... tsk-tsk - that alone should be criminal - elected officials should be held to a higher standard ... this bunch clearly has no bar - I not only blame them, I blame the voters that put them in the seat(s). Time to clean house Carpentersville!

  • Im not from this county but this board is corrupted as they come and the old bitch with the month old tampon up her Virgina needs to be ran out of town along with the president i dont think these ppl; really know what these board members know what there talking about they only want to hear what they wanna hear

  • this boy is an arrogent racist punk.

  • So, some racist idiot tries to do a character assassination for the simple reason that the board member refuses to kiss illegal ass.

The racist idiot wouldn't care one way or another if most illegals weren't from mexico. I wish the board member would come back and return the favor, see how the racist likes it when it's his character on the line.

  • Hahah GO CANADA !! Bro the way it's going we might have an equivelent soon enough illegals are becoming canadas problem because the states does nothing about them.

  • I wish we got Carpetsville city council tv in Canada
