Dark Souls - Boss - Centipede Demon

Dark Souls boss located at the end of the Demon Ruins. Pretty much used the same strat I used fighting the wolf. Aggro him to the door and try to get behind him or underneath him and pound away. Dont know how effective magic is on him.

edit: If you get the Orange Charred Ring during the fight put it on and you will take very little damage while running around the hot lova. thx ahm317!

How do I get to this boss and Lost Izalith? I beat the Demon Firesage...theres a drop-down hallway near Demon Firesage's room but the door is locked...

@TheBGS19 Yea, I got that now, but something I found funny, the Undead Dragons are high above on cliffs, etc. and the Dino legs are all in lower, lava place, it's like their top half went into Dragon Heaven, and their asses went to Dragon Hell.

Dont summon an npc...he would just run into the lava. Then again he my knight did tank a lot of damage :/

I recommend anyone trying this game for the 1st time to try a dexterity-based character...tons of fun but only with weapons that scale dex, otherwise just make a strength character. Backflipping and dodging is fun.
