As somebody who is used to learning Japanese and Spanish (where theres basically one way to pronounce each vowel and thats it), I CANNOT wrap my head around this pronunciation

@sobefobik ge is a general measure word. ping is also a measure word relating to bottle. so no need to have yi ge ping, just yi ping shui is fine ;)

I'm just learning Chinese, but wouldn't you need to have "yi (ge) ping?" I'm probably wrong, but let me know. Thanks!
