this video is a response to a video by Ray Comfort (Mr. Way of the Master) in which he does, in fact, make that argument. it's been so thoroughly discredited that nobody would dare use it now (i hope). i don't know if Ray still uses the argument or not, but i wouldn't be surprised. I've heard of creationists giving talks in one town and conceding a point to a skeptic, only to use the very same argument the next night in another town, knowing fully the argument has been discredited
