I doubt it has enough following. I've visited the Na'vi language learning site and they just don't have the same manpower that Klingon enthusiasts do.

@MintMovies If you'd spent any time with Na'vi speakers, you'd know that most of us are Klingon speakers. Linguists, actually.
And JC hired the Linguist "Paul Frommer" to create the language for the movie, so there is an accomplished vocabulary and syntax ruling.
I got into the language for the Glottal stops and Infixes, actually.
It's not a suffix, not a prefix, but a modifier that lives RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A VERB. :D
