  • Kengi - A very good friend of mine had sickle cell disease .........and the hospital mis-diagnosed him as well and had him in isolation .....this was during the 80's .......and they thought he had AIDS........talk about ignorance they finally got it when his parents arrived at the hospital and told them what he had???.................their ignorance was so profound !!........stay blessed !

  • I know of at least 4 people who have lost their life because of such ignorance.

  • And by the way the only one looking the most IGNORANT at the moment is YOU and your over the top response to me.YOU HAVE BECOME VERY ARROGANT KENGI

  • I hope this gets you angry enough to stop being so IGNORANT about the disease you say you have. Did you really think this was for YOU? WOW you think a heap of yourself. I hope your comments have made you feel more like a real man. Now go KICK ROCKS

  • Peace.

  • @panthera50 LOL did you say TWATS? I just called someone that very thing today.

  • I feel that 100 .. The thing that makes me angriest its the lack of knowledge and compassion for sickle cell patients. Its so hurtful to be accused of being a drug seeker and a fake. It makes me so mad bcuz no matter what degree they have or wat they read..they will NEVER know our understand our pain!

  • Speak the truth brother. As a Sickle Cell Patient I understand you 100%. I avoided the E.R cause of the prejudice until I moved to Atlanta. Grady Hospital is one of the few hospitals that have 24 hour care centers for just Sickle Cell patients in the U.S. The care they give for Sickle Cell patients is the best. More hospitals should do this.

  • I have Sickle Cell and agree with you COMPLETELY! I am so tired of there being no treatments or support. I have experienced every type of discrimination possible from being viewed a drug seeker to being accused of faking. I have had bad chest pains for 2 weeks but I refuse to go to the ER and be humiliated! I hurt every freaking day but very little is done to aid me. The pain is unbearable! I wish that everyone who makes a dumbass comment or treats us bad could feel the pain we feel for 1 day!

  • i was told this by doctors was that anyway to respond to me in text super sensitive or what.. well you know the thing is about sensistive people like you is that they forget about others and care only about there own feelings you took what i said totaly the wrong way and lashed out me thank you for that. and now im going to unsubscribe from your channel ..FUCKING ASSHOLE

  • LOL yep, I am all for calling things exactly the way they are. ;-)

  • @jupiterinmotion Thank you
