My first concert ever. (Not this particular one) I'm guessing same tour. December 11, 1981 @ the Auditorium in Milwaukee. Saw them two more times after that. Oh, Rik.......

Peart never had mirror-ball drums. And Neil's hard hitting, busy style should not take away from the 'musicalness' of Moore's drumming. Same for the bassist. They sounded great, in the day, as a 3 piece. That takes talent. I could play Rush when I was a teen. It's not that big a deal.

Looks like Gil has an exact copy of Neil Peart's kit from that era, down to the TAMA logos. Too bad he doesn't have the talent to fully utilize it.

Man, Triumph. This was an MTV concert I have it somewhere on VHS. It was awesome. If Rush had Rik Emmett they would have been a 1000 times better. But Triumph still rocked Rush even though I love them both.

Amazing Song!from the album of same name 1981.
And one of their best and Heavy' Kind of weird most people don't know this band allong with others like, Diamondhead, Trust, Fist or Spartan Warrior!
