substitute for 'gula melaka?' actually its palm sugar.. the brown one... i think there's no substitute for it.. because it is the main ingredient in this recipe. maybe you can try brown sugar, but i'm not so sure whether it can make it or not. good luck =)
28 g glutinous rice flour
a drop of green colouring (better still, pandan leaves blended and
strained for the flavour & color)
a pinch of salt
17 g gula melaka(palm sugar)
82 g grated coconut
