KESQ reports on Jimmy Hughes Tuesday Court Appearance

**see update at bottom of this** Let me first say, that his 'ministry' isn't what it appears to be. Secondly, I believe, as one of the victim's daughters, that the bail in this case is a grave mistake. #1-he's a high flight risk, #2-he's dangerous (even recently), #3-he threatened me during the confrontation, #4-he's threatened others.
I've seen cases where someone committing fraud, which is illegal, but not nearly as dangerous as someone accused of 3 counts of 1st degree murder and 1 count of conspiracy to commit murder, get a bail set in the hundreds of millions, why is his bail so low, if at all?
I've taken a stand in this case, and I won't stop my stand at this point. I believe that the judge is incorrect in his ruling on the bail, and I believe that Mr. Murphy is incorrect in his not objecting to that ruling.

***UPDATE*** An amended complaint was filed which makes Hughes eligible for the death penalty, which is automatic no bail. ****

The hidden camera "entrapment" is not good in a court of law,i doesnt prove Jimmy had anything to do directly with the murders.Once again im sorry about your father and how it has affected your life.

Jimmy said he killed people in his own written testimony and now he denies it.. so what do think that means? i guess he's lying one way or another huh? if his testimony is the lie.. then to me he's a fraud... His testimony is pretty good evidence to your average juror. if he's testimony is not a lie, why's he denying it..either way Jimmy hughes is lying. convenient that he tells us its lie when he got caught!! and he said he killed 6 people and they only got 3 bodies! he even lied about that!

margotvent07 Jimmy can't read this he is currently in jail and most of makes no sense anyway. you and Msonchi could be best good friends. Rachel wants justice and the federal gvmt. still has these things called "TRIALS" and we actually punish people who murder other people. Its a law which is kind of like a Rule. its meant to deter us from killing each other. EXAMPLE: if YOU got murdered we would bring to JUSTICE the person who killed you. even if Jimmy Hughes or Pres. Obama did it.. get it?
