  • @martinjhscott AMEN TO THAT.BROTHER!

    Absolute BOBBY DAZZLER!

  • I can remember hearing this at the Rainbow in '77 - spoke to my 16 year old heart like nothing else. Glorious...

  • A fabulous live artist condemned to be not quite good enough.Nt quite as goos ad Pub Rockers Kursall Flyers, Hatfield and the North, not quite as good as Elvis Costello or joe jackson, or bruce springsteen - but good enough to have given a lot of us a lot of pleasure.

  • It doesn't get any better than this...LOVE IT!!!

  • Fabulous singer, songwriter and performer..His first 4 albums (Howling Wind, Heat Treatment, stick to me and Squeezing out sparks) have followed me for 30 years...blinding albums..superb singer and writer...I have lost touch a bit but his early albums will never ever leave me

  • great song ! If springsteen did this ...it would be a million views ...ah well , Mr parker keeps his credibility ....but i wonder if he'd rather a few more sales ???????

  • Oh, Mr Parker you are my hero!

  • I first heard this song done by Ellen Foley. It was a good version, but this is much better. What an amazingly tight band. Parker was so much better than many of his contemporaries but for some reason it never really happened for him.

  • One of the most under-estimated rockers ever.

even after 35 years I get goosebumps when I hear Graham Parker.

He should have been as famous as Elvis Costello.

    Roland

  • @sluggo62 too good for the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame I think.
