Dan and I completed together the rest of the trail (130 miles) from Lake Edison on the west side of the Sierras to Whitney Portal out of Lone Pine, CA in 8 1/2 days. The last day we summited Mt. Whitney at sunrise. Breathtaking... now on to the next walk.
