This is an overview of the seminar on the topic of the Judicial System and Democracy that was held at the Zefat Academic College on May 4, 2010.

Rothschild Hospital/Zfat Regional College The Rothschild hospital was opened in 1912 as an alternative to the missionary hospital which operated across the street. Across the street is todays Gan HaIr, which was then used as a recuperation area for the hospitals patients. In 1919, the Hadassah womens organization began to run the hospital. Many influenza sufferers were patients in the hospital, among them, Rachel the Poet (1925). In the courtyard stands the memorial stone of the hospitals head nurse from that period, Tova Bat Moshe Pestrovsky. In 1948, the Rothschild hospital served as the Israeli Armys Hospital #7 for the Northern Command. In 1973, the hospital moved to its new location in the south of the city, and the building became a teachers seminar. Today, the building serves as part of the Michlala Zfat College campus, under the auspices of the Bar Ilan University.

The lawyers and judges are a protected class in the US. If you are a judge and under threat, you can call the US Marshall for protection within a short time. The US Marshall from the beginning in the US have had a great deal of power and even today you don't want to tangle with them.

The thing about the elitism to consider is that Israel is only like 8 million people. It is a small country after all.

There are judges who look healthy In my experience some cope with the work load by taking exercise and regular visits to the great outdoors, others try to cope by drinking alcohol I think it would be unusual for them to take elicit drugs or even prescribed tranquilizers because they guard their reputations to the point of not driving in case they get a ticket, never bouncing cheque's, never visiting a doctor and presenting mental health problems ( records ) Sad really
