deadpool is known as the merc with a mouth and they like took that name and smeared it :(

When I got to the part where Deadpool had his mouth sewn and swords coming out of his hands I turned the movie off. This movie just pissed me off. I don't understand why they would go out of their way to make a character completely different than what he/she is supposed to be. They gotta know that, by doing this, they are going to upset people who are actually familiar with these characters. It just feels like a slap in the face. Horrible movie, IMO. Sabes was good though.

I agree on the Deadpool/Baraka thing, but people complaing about the mouth thing, if you watch the after credits, his mouth is re-opened.

In my opinion the guys who produce photorealistic cinematic game trailers (Blur studios) should be the guys responsilbe for directing these comic movies. Their short trailer sequences look much better than the material released from hollywood.

Great review , However the Deadpool is not the only thing that failed in this movie. The major thing they failed in this movie the X-men 2 did so well is Logan escaping the Adamantium bonding facility. In x-men 2 you see him sream with soldier's blood on his hands as to indicate Logan's violent past. But they never show it, What was the point of joining Team-x , he was a waste of space. Hates flying, would not even punch in the mission. he was better off in the dark room.

the butchering of Deadpool was definitely the biggest fuckup in the movie along with others. You can't just take a hugely popular charctor and completely kill his character like that. the sewn up mouth wtf?he's the merc with the mouth, the crimson comedian you dickheads!just omfg,his very first debut in a live action movie and fox practically takes a shit on him! seriously why? what was the point of that? I was pretty much screaming in anger and laughin at the stupidity thruout the whole movie!

@funthings432 Sabretooth had lost much of his memory and sentience as a result of his voluntary devolution so while like Logan with Kayla & Victor , Victor sensed there was some connection between Logan and him other than just enemies but couldn`t quite remember what it was ! And , Stryker had The Neural Inhibitor , remember ?!?!?

I felt about Origins' Deadpool (at the end) like they felt about the 4th Indiana Jones on South Park.

I just kept asking...."why?"

There's a scene after the end credits where you see deadpools head severed and he doesn't hav his mouth sewn shut anymore and he picks up his head and his eyes open.
