@LOLCLV The point of anything is to be decided by the individual that's making the point. The point for me is to enjoy life. If I say it has meaning to me, then it has meaning to me. Do you have proof of god?

@LOLCLV My life will count for something, even if that matters to anybody else but myself. The point of living is that I want to live. The point to being alive is that I want to live. I enjoy life because of the pleasures it gives me. I want children because I would enjoy having a family. If I do something I don't enjoy, it's because the future benefits outweigh the immediate gratification. I follow and help make laws that allow me to enjoy my life without being harmed by others.

@therealjammit But, you will live, and you will die, and your life will count for nothing. So what's the point of living? What's the point of being alive? For pleasure? Why bother having children? Why bother doing anything that might involve you doing something that doesn't involve your personal pleasure? While we're talking about it, why make any laws at all? What's the point? Just because YOU say it has meaning?
Yes, I do have proof. But you see, that would require some thought.

@LOLCLV I don't want to commit suicide. My life has meaning because I enjoy living it. Committing suicide makes no sense for me. It would mean giving up on the things in life I enjoy the most and is therefore illogical to me. Life is not painful to me. Do you have proof or verifiable evidence for god?

@therealjammit I'm trying to see if you have the guts to prove your conviction. Your life has no meaning, but I doubt you've even thought about what you believe that far out. So, just take it to the next logical step, since you're so certain. Kill yourself. You'll only be saving yourself a lot of pain.
