What a nice theology Christians have. The Son of Sam is forgiven. Hitler, being a catholic, is forgiven. Me, who has never hit, much less killed, anybody, is considered guilty by birth and not forgiven. Well, at least I won't have to spend eternity on a cloud with Hitler and Berkowitz even if the Christians should end up being right.

So do they say about the other sects, supporting their side with scripture and apologetics just like all the others.

And no, murder alone isn't my standard for being a good person. But it's a good example of absurd theological thinking. Being forgiven everything for believing, but being damned for not believing, renders moral behavior irrelevant. Through this, striving to be a good person becomes secondary to being a believer.

If we could attain heaven by our good works, which God's word calls filthy rags(menstal cloths),then tell me why did Jesus have to die on the cross? I understand your reasoning but there are countless good moral persons in hell today because they rejected Jesus the only savior of the world. The only righteousness God recognizes is the righteousness of Jesus which is imputed to those who repent and believe.

Even Anton Lavey knew what he did on his deathbed. It's very easy to be an atheist in life, it's a different story on your deathbed. I believe David was affiliated with the skull & bones secret society. Not sure if he ever revealed this, probably not because they would kill him. But if knew their secrets he should expose them. What's he got to lose.

There were likely however more than one murderer involved in the son of sam killings. As i said, he stated that the murders were organized as part of a satanic strategy, to bring about a climate fit for the anti christ. Both he and manson had a relationship with a cult called the process and both sprees, east and west coast, were a bid, according to both berkowitz and manson, to bring forth enough darkness to bring about a new order.

He states; "I am deeply sorry for the pain, suffering and sorrow I have brought upon the victims of my crimes." and "Not a day goes by that I do not think about the suffering I have brought to so many." He also admitted in an interview the purpose of his crime and manson's were a common effort to bring about the spirit of antichrist for the end times.

@garouHH What do you mean that you're not forgiven? You are forgiven! The sins of the whole world are forgiven because Jesus took them. The only difference is that you haven't accepted the forgiveness, but Berkowitz has. God loves you -- He always has -- the ONLY issue is that you don't know it.

And yes, even Hitler's sins are forgiven -- but I highly doubt that he accepted it. So if you don't want to spend eternity with Hitler, I suggest accepting your forgiveness today!

I still say David Berkowitz was NOT the triggerman in 1977. He was set up and framed by the REAL son of Sam because at the time he was, like, an airhead and a little schmucky but he WAS anice kid and the Son of Sam knew he could EASILY frame him by planting the circumstantial evidence in the car he sold Berkowitz. I KNOW this. My whole neighborhood knows it. I tried to tell the police what I knew but they ignored me. I have names and MORE evidence than anyone thinks about the REAL Son of Sam.

jesus laid out a clear path for an assured way for all of us to get to heaven. sell everything we own and give the money to the poor was a big part of that. all you people need to stop claimin you know the way of christianity. cause it seems to me we all got these computers to type on which after a trip to a pawn shop could feed how many poor people. and no don't even say your using it for a greater good.christ said sell it and follow him. you wanna use that excuse your going against him not me

your an idiot and a shame to all christians. as the lord said only he knows how judgement will be handed out. it is not for you to assume that due to their beliefs their are good moral people in hell. however assuming who will go to hell is one of the sins you will want to cleanse yourself of in order to have a better shot of getting their. i love that you love God , but your understanding of how you should regard those not of your faith is in trouble. that aint how jesus did it.
