The Low Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) research is testing the theoretical predictions of Widom-Larsen Theory as it applies to the generation of ultra low momentum neutrons (ULMNs) in certain condensed matter systems. ULMNs are highly reactive and represent an inherently clean and scalable nuclear energy source.

Without Pons and Fleischmann's ground breaking 1989 experiments there would be no Widom Larson theory, yet supporters of W-L theory say it is not related to "cold Fusion" as ascribed to Pons and Fleischmann. They, (P&F), did not coin the phrase or even like it.

My point being that Pons and Fleischmann were grossly wronged, as this technology progresses it becomes harder and harder to ignore the injustices heaped upon the true discoverers. Pons and Fleischmann deserve recognition!

Pons-Fleishmann problem: they said its Proton-Proton reaction impossible at room temperature. In new theories/experiments hydrogen acts as neutrons. Godes/Brilliouin uses electronic pulses to promote proton-electron capture reaction. Pulses change protons in metal to neutrons. Blacklight Power/Randall Mills lowers hydrogens energy state, smearing proton-electron charges, causing hydrogen to act as neutrons. LeClair/Nanospire use high velocity water cavitation making high density neutron flux.

So you're not going to explain the mechanism of what you're studying, and you're just going to randomly throw in an irrelevant mention of a space craft?

Is this the best NASA can do with videos?

you are correct, i know alot of people who think it is fake. Listen, i've been getting paid about $200 a week just selling energy. I took the idea and plan of here. you can also try it: ABOUTSOLARCELLS.COMXA.COM

I don't get his jump from energy production to the reusable spacecraft - where is the connection?

You surely can produce fuel for propulsion on earth, using any form of energy. You can _maybe_ build an reusable spacecraft, and that spacecraft most likely will use chemical propellants. But how is this any more connected than, say, wind energy and reusable spacecraft?
