If you have gold in all driving missions, Hotknife will appear next to the driving school

u can get tight cars with the sports cars cheat

yea u could all u need to do is use the cheat sports cars traffic and go to las ventrunas and there will be hot knives driving around

you have to get all gold medals in driving school and then it will be beside the school
