PetSmart's Big Suffering for Small Animals

PetSmart's back rooms are off-limits to customers, and that's where the company hides away the immense suffering of the tiniest companion animals. During an undercover investigation, PETA documented that more than 100 small animals were deprived of effective veterinary care and were slowly dying—out of customers' sight. you know when comments are pending approval that usually means that most of the comments are going to agree with PETA i work at petsmart and how dare you insult me next time you work at petsmart talk about the good things we do for our animals some petsmart managers arent true to our animals but most are and the poor unlucky animals that get stuck with horrible petstores i feel sorry for that is why i take good care of the animals that are in the store

The Petsmart near me is absolutly wonderful. Every time I go there they are always taking care of the animals or cleaning their cages. Not every Petsmart is like this.

Plus, PETA overreacts about every single little thing.

Take some of the customers to the back rooms and let us have a look . All of the animals are housed in unreal living conditions.And some of the females animals are put with males and are forced to mate .8 people I know have adopted female animals and everyone of them where pregnant Kiara Star.I am not blaming you because not all people are cruel to helpless animals in cages.

I have purchased many animals at Petsmart and Petco and all they ever did was care about the living conditions and after care of the animals I bought. I have had in my 28 years of life, 4 birds, two still living, 7 hamsters, two rabbits, both still alive, and have had no problems with any food almost ever the one time I did they fixed it asap. Also I thought about buying a 300.00 bird, but ended up not buying. Everytime I would come in, they would tell me all the new things the bird could do.

Corporations should not be able to sell animals-we already see that they don't care about people so this shouldnt be such a shock too us!

I don't think we should just boycott a store that obviously has a big control on animals, I just think we need to make vet care mandatory in laws... A couple people not hopping somewhere won't change something, laws will. Still very sad to see what is happening! I recently got my hamster from petsmart and they seem to take care of all of there

Animals but I don't know the whole truth I guess thank you for shedding light in a place were I was clueless about!
