all these folks going raw for weight loss.. i recall a time that raw wasn't about weight loss....
(heh, thanks oprah... and she really was never a vegan even for a short period of time.)
vegan of 37 years... here, i remember when it was of the soul.
eating meat is a good thing. animals contains important proteins and vitamins, stop eating meat will not make you slimmer. rather try balanced diet and exercise. tend to help the general public, and do not come here and say that I do not know what I'm talking about. my mother was fat, but with proper diet and exercise she took of 15 kg.

Eating meat is an ethical choice. I'm so happy for your mom, that's great!

I wasn't skinny when I started the raw food diet. That's why I started it, actually. I've lost around 40 pounds so far, and am still losing. Some people take longer than others to lose weight. That's just life. I can accept it. I'm not looking for a quick fix. I'm looking to lose the weight and never find it again.
Don't let me being a "fatty" discourage you from eating more raw fruits and vegetables. You will lose weight. Maybe even rapidly.
Go for it! Do it!

Another ball outta the park video. Thanks bb. The best advice I ever had about this lifestyle is to look at the whole thing, the entire thing as "increasing the good, so there's no room for the bad." Woah. That way I was able to get past the "cutting this and that" out mentality that always has us going back for whatever. Have a great weekend!
