  • The greatest Rigoletto with the greatest Gilda! Unforgettable!

  • Gran video Maria Callas es un gran soprano, aún despues de su muerte su interpretaciones son las mejores; Tito Gobbi también sus interpretaciones son las mejores.

  • @Elisabetta611 I'm not gonna force my own opinion on you, but I suggest you listen to Joan Sutherland as Gilda, which also has the late Pavarotti as the Duke.

  • Hermosa! :D

  • @chuckocm. I have the complete recording of this on cassette. Both Callas and Gobbi were brilliant here. As if that were not enough, this recording has Giuseppe Di Stefano as the Duke, the ideal role for him. Many consider this recording as Di Stefano's best. Interestingly enough, Callas only sang this onstage for one production. This recording was the only other time Callas sang in Rigoletto.

  • The best Rigoletto!!

  • The 2 greatest singers of the 20th century together.......always pure bliss. Oh, that we had anything today to match their brilliance. Absolute magic.

  • If only this had been filmed... what would I give to have seen these two divine artists on stage... Verdi is listening from above with tears in his eyes!

  • wieder ein Grund mehr, die Callas nicht zu mögen... so steril...

  • great!!!...

  • The definition of 'beautiful' It should be a clip of this in the dictionary at the description of 'divine'.

  • my god its umbelivable they make me alrive near to cry

    we miss you

thanks to live and made what have you done!
