Can you do or receive calls hearing from the car's sound system and no hands on phone? Like a bluetooth? Thanks for the review.

hi! i've got 1 question for u...i've got ur same ipod (nano 8gb red)... with the itrip wireless, does the battery low down quickly? and...the quality audio it's better than the itrip with auto-charger?? thanks and sorry 4 my english but im from italy...

not a problem- from what I remember the battery typically lasted between 6-8hrs with the iTrip plugged in... and the audio quality with this version is much better than the wired version. just make sure you tune between the stations in order to get the best reception. good luck!

saosin is great, I know there are many options for the transmitters, have you tried any others

the only ones I've tried are the universal and wireless iTrips, and of the two the wireless one was all-around a much better transmitter... honestly, if you've got some money to spare, I'd suggest getting an iPod-compatible head unit rather than trying to use a radio-based transmitter (they tend to be more trouble than they're worth).

Hey dude, I was surprised that the sound quality is actually quite good. I have the older version, so you just plug it in and select a frequency?
ndrwzheng 3 years ago
exactly... I don't know about the older ones, but this one only turns on once you've hit Play, but once it's on, you just select a frequency and tune the stereo to it. very easy to set up/use, I just wish it had a range bigger than 3ft (obviously you can hold it further away, but the sound is the clearest within that range). thanks for the comment!
