perfect bike for cross country trips, couldn't pick a better bike, getting one in late spring and going west this summer

I bet that was an awesome trip!! Congratulations, that is a serious ride that most people don't have the nerve to do alone!! Great job on the video also. I just did a comparable solo trip from Las Vegas to Mexico, then up the coast to Canada, across the pan handle of Idaho into Montana, and back home again. I video'ed the trip if you care to check it out. I've uploaded the first 4 days and post another every Thursday.
