It was filmed at an aviation university in Russia, in the early 2000's.

    Yes it uses fuel to do what power striders do. But the fuel is not your own fuel, it is the diesel not yours. These are easier on you and people have far more endurance with these. The spring boots absorb the down stroke for ignition, they reflect it back onto YOU.
