The song - of course! - is "Now Jazz Ramwong". It is from the LP/CD "Now Jazz Ramwong", recorded in June 1964 Frankfurt, Germany. You can buy it from amazon.
The video also is from 1964. I presume it was produced by Joachim Ernst Berendt for the Suedwestfunk Baden-Baden, Southwestern Germany. (I was born and was raised in this region.)
