Kael'Thas was a much bigger asshole than Illidan ever was. Illidan supposedly 'betrayed' his people so that he could bring them down from the inside, and they shunned him for it. although he did go on a bit of rampage and killed a couple nobles, so he did deserve prison. Kael'Thas, on the hand, really did betray his people for daemonic magic cause he was the Azerothian equivalent of a crackhead. through a little egomania with a messiah complex, and you have WoW's biggest dick.

Arthas's ending was not at all decent. What they did with the characters was just SHIT.

The characters did not deserve what happened to them.

@kervin1693 Him being in wow was a bad thing, but it didn't have to be. They seriously messed up his story because he was insane, selfish, and addicted to magic. Wasn't a true villain but they made him one when he out of nowhere and with no explanation attacked shattrath. It doesn't make sense because he was creating an army to fight the legion (WoW Lore) and turns and attacks shattrath, a city at war with the legion. Would have made sense for him to ally with them, not to attack them..
