@Joselite2007 if you using "unique" recipes so ,this is unique,i never seen using sirloin steak for steak tartare-ITS NOT RIGHT MAN!!!! FILLET MIGNON!!!!!!!,FILLET MIGNON,and stop telling peoples lies about recepes from George v hotel in Paris ,coz is not true.Good kitchens using traditional recipes and using "right parts of meat" thats why we call this fineness,coz had years and years of practice to find best results.

Was that white pepper you used?
1. Wrong piece of meat - she is using NY Strip and SHOULD be using FILET
2. She forgets the cornichons!!!
3. Anchovy filet is also missing
Ugh.......I'd rather eat out.....

Your suggestions maybe are right, but this recipe is special one from the Chef who is managing 5* Hotel Georges V Paris kitchen!

This recipe is specific from the best hotel in the world, the Georges V in Paris, choice by the american critic newspaper!
You can make other recipe but this one is unique for the best clients...
