On Walking Street below Marine disco & outside The Dollhouse, One of the dumb Farang's (Westerner) decides to have a go at the Thai lads in the boxing ring. These boxers train everyday!!! Beats me why they want to get themselves hurt!

LOL! I've been to Pattaya about a dozen times in the last three years and got extremely drunk on Walking Street. I weigh 11 stones and can put my weight over my head, no problem. Saying that, NO WAY I get in the ring with those thai fighters. Yeah, I hope he was Canadian too...

What u say is not true. I spend alot time in Thailand (Pattaya) and i eavne fight too. When u fight in a bar it is no rewards too the winer. booze !! Who supose too pay for this. The poor thai man who just lost his fight ?? No NO my friend. When some white dude jumps in the ring. We do it just for fun.

These bars tempt in the non-locals by saying that if they beat the thai within 3 rounds then they win money or booze!!! (usually booze lol) Obviously these are mainly fixed cause thai fighters train several hours a day, they play with them for a couple of rounds get knocked around a bit but always fininsh it off in the 3rd!! very funny to watch though lol

Im with you kaonieoh, mr faraang weighs twice that of the thai fighter and i know the thais go easy on 'challengers' so to put on a show for the paying tourists, pattaya was full of over weight faraang ready to take on the world, 2 weeks ago i watched some 14 stone white boy actually run away in the ring from a lad weighing in at 9 stone max. Loved every minute of it

I agree with you and kaonieoh, I still don't understand Mr Farang wanting to get his ass kicked. I love it when the Thai lad gets caught right on the nose, nods at Mr Farang, and then drops him for being cocky.
