I really liked this. It's a bit depressing to listen to, but I guess that makes it right up my alley.

what a story. this friday i am traveling 120 miles 1 way to pick up a Martin but man 200 is quite the trip. But of course if it were a really REALLY nice martin made with some kind of ebony wood or limited model I would actually fly over and pick it up myself.

Very nice. I have this same guitar. I think Martin Jumbos are very underappreciated. Maybe this will help get the word out about how great they are.

There is a long story to this. I first saw this guitar being played by Adrian Vandenburg of Whitesnake fame on the "Starker's in Tokyo" videos
I emailed Adrian and he kindly gave me the spec on the guitar and the fisher electronics. Then began my search in the UK to find one - only two shops had it in stock so travelled 200 miles to get my hands on it...tried numerous Taylors, Gibsons and other Martins but finally went for the J40.
