After encountering a new type of what I believe to be next-gen helicopter based drones being tested in California's Antelope Valley near Edwards AFB, I was able to capture on video one of their routines - hovering over Lake Los Angeles and then 'cruising' up Palmdale Blvd to then 'park' above the 14 freeway.

I have, however, seen this craft or one of the same type no more than 200 feet above my head, early twilight conditions; what you are seeing as a 'star' is a new type of spot light that uses a dispersive type of light (often used in office/apartment complex security lightning to throw light into the shadows) in a concentrated beam, which will render a vehicle's driver effectively blind, without damaging his vision. I was subject to one of these 'tests' and then weeks later I got my close-up look at one. I will recount that on video very soon.

In any case, I have determined these to be pilot-less drones capable of silent flight, an evolution no doubt of the Boeing A160 Hummingbird that was developed and tested 'right down the road' in Victorville, California. This craft has fairly dire implications for the future of domestic policing in America, as it signals an entirely new level of domestic surveillance.

  • The only difference is that there was on ly white light and it wasn't flashing.

  • I saw this same light and behavior last night outside my window in Virginia

  • I wouldnt doubt if it was a drone, living where we live who knows.

  • I have seen things hovering high in the ar over lake la also they werent stars since it had that weird twinkle like you said. they weren't planes either coming from the east towards the airport. I noticed it late like 2am. so what i am saying is yeah it seems to be some type of drone helipcopter. i have seen this a few times over that area and towards the north west mountain range as well. my last encounte was about last month...grarly

  • omg i seen the same thing back in 1999 when my boyfriend lived on 140th e it was above his house and moved real fast..i thought it was chasing crying like a baby ...crazy as f%^#k
