  • Mine would be short. I shut the door and give myself a break for 10 mins from the 3 kids. lol

  • Lisa, that is a sure demonstration of self-Love--and shows Love for your kids. We would all do well with a 10 minute break on a consistant basis. I will still want a video from you when I put the call out (lol). I am going to wait awhile to give people the time to respond to your video for the things they are grateful for.

  • I have done that many times..the self sabotage thing...well not anymore. I've found my stride and I love me much more now. Great Video...very powerfully for those who are stuck in that place of self loathing..It also served as a reminder to me that I never want to go back to that place. Thanks Sue.
