Def Leppard's 2 Steps Behind Intro on guitar

The [rhythm] guitar part for the introduction to this song and obviously I play all the way into the first chorus. This is my interpretation of what I believe is played as the rhythm. a instead of using ur ring finger, just bar with your pinkey on the 5th fret on the intro, thats what my tutor told me, but thanks for the tutorial i was trying to figure out more of the intro, the other tutorial didnt show me how to do it, it just told me the chords
