Spiritual growth means ego is growing - stop any search and just simply BE. (here and now)
Spirituality means searching for something which will complete this moment, but this moment is ALREADY complete. There is nothing else to be found - only accepted.

@vagabondsteve lol
I have a vegetarian friend who discovered that he cannot eat dairy Or anything with gluten in it, suck as bread (and i think things with wheat) do you know of any yummy snacks he could eat? Also i think i might have problems with dairy and I'll try to cut down on that. Is it true goats milk is better then cow's milk, health wise?

Whole Foods or health food stores have all kinds of dairy alternatives. I drink almond milk, eat coconut milk ice cream, and almond or soy cheese, etc. Also many products are now being offered gluten free. I prefer not to drink goat's milk because it was designed for baby goats and not humans.

The same could be said about cow milk. Also I was hoping for something more in detail, but i thank you for your advice. Have a nice day.

@JessieRavenblade Agreed, I don't drink cow's milk either. For more detailed information buy some books at Amazon. There are some great books on the topic.

@vagabondsteve
is that true with the health=? I mean I eat normal food what you get in the grocery store. And I feel good.

@Plautus123 It depends what you buy at the grocery store. You're young so you will likely won't feel the devastating results of a poor diet now. However try eating for a month lots of fruits, veggies, and unprocessed foods to see if you notice a difference.
