Miniscribe 3212 - What´s wrong with it?

The drive has no head crash

Perfect Seek-Test (I did it more times, and i parked it by hand so it was always in the landing zone)
Ok, the bearings are bad but it gets full speed...
My controller finds it (because the computer waits of the initialization of the drive)
look at the light

Its a very rare SINGLE Platter MFM drive... Does anybody has an idea? What could i try?

ya know from all the comments i've looked at from down there its needs a new pcb board

Does the computer itself recognise the drive, or give an error?

I was able to get my ST-4038 to work by BIOS low level format, followed by some quality time with FDISK and FORMAT. Initially gave a POST failure, now works great.

i don´t know... my computer does nothing when the drive is connected, in this video the drive wasn´t connected to the pc...
