    I can't remember the exact paper type, but it was specifically coated for ink-jet printers. You don't necessarily need card stock, but it's helpful to have paper which is a bit heavier than cheap copy paper. Don't get the plastic coated photo paper because you won't be able to glue the two sheets together.

    Go to the website given in the movie (YouTube won't let me type it here). Click on "Download pop-up cards" (the button is the top one on the left side of the screen). Then either click on "easy cards" or "free." You will be asked to give your email, then you'll be directed to a page where you can download any of the free pop-up templates, including this piano.

    For some reason when I tried to give the name of the website I got an error message and couldn't post my comment. It is (the abbreviation of) world wide web, followed by a period, then "makepopupcards" followed by another period and the first three letters of the word commercial.
