First time I deadlifted 405 lbs. Locked out my legs a touch early, but what the hell...at least I pulled the weight.

  • Your hips start too low and your shoulders are over the bar instead of being past it. You'll notice right as you begin to lift (around :05, watch closely) that your body tries to correct this(shoulders go past the bar and hips rise.) Try to be in that position as you begin the lift.

  • You look like you can do way more, like 450-475. How old were you when you did this?

  • thats just the way i lift dude...i've gotten used to it already...i know great form even though i dun practice it...i teach younger indivduals and they've all had good form...just cause i dun practice good form dont mean i dunno what it is lol n thanks im pullin way more then that now

  • @sadeghsayyed lolz and Great Form Nice Lift man i bet now u can rep out 455

  • @64BUCKET your retarted... I just saw our deadlift vid and ur back archd like crazy... learn for yourself before you bencome a teacher :P

    but either way ur strong!

  • you definitely killed it. nice.

  • That was way too easy!

  • try not to use your back as much...you'll end up screwin it up

  • Nice job. You seemed to straighten your legs early (as you mentioned), making it more of a Stiff Legged Deadlift.

  • That was good.
