Seeing all of these nasty comments that people have left on this video really makes me question where we are heading as a society. This man is crying and pleading for help and we turn a cold shoulder and post comments that we think are funny at his expense. We are the problem not him. I'm so sorry to here that he has passed and I wish all the best to his family

Wow this world is so sad!! We want everything for ourselves as we've become a selfish species, not caring for the brothers and sisters and regaurdless of what race that are out there in pain....One says,"Oh well it aint my child so it aint my problem, but the minute something goes wrong with your child( God forbid that from happening ) the whole world has to stop to see about your love one!!! @simonpd36 I'm an atheist and I consider myself a perfectly reasonable person. I don't believe that making generalizations about any group of people is fair. Is every Christian a good person? no. The problem is people are too lazy to judge people individually. Its much easier to call an entire group of people evil than to see if each and every one of them is in fact evil.

@Indiekid39 i don't know if being a Christian has given me the clearity to see how seriousy down the drain the world is going and it's going extremly fast! peoples comments on videos like these or just any other if you youtube around the gaming world especially where the teens comment on other players videos. the negative responses and words of raping and killing you as easy to say as for me to drink a cup of coffe. i ask my self where this is comming from... my guess is from Godliness!

@therockana (cont) keep feeling hungry and consume more food. I dont even think it's just a "habit". I believe there is a stronger impulse, of biological origin. I just hope the researchers will come with a breakthrough solution for the extremely obese people who may have a genetic predisposition to obesity to begin with. For now, we can only promote healthy lifestlye to the rest.

@therockana and after that, you will feel full. and if balance our diet with fibre high stuff like fruits, veggies, and grains etc. it is easier to feel full. it is acly quite hard to consume enough calories to get that huge for most people. worst come to worst, we get fat... but definitely this huge. I believe, extremely obese people have abnormal metabolism that causes them to consume lots of calories and perhaps the digestive capabilities to quickly process food, to enable them to keep

@BananaSandwich1 Hey man... sorry if i sounded rude.. acly, i didnt mean to imply that obese people are "greedy" or "not having enough willpower". what i meant is that very obese people might acly have a medical condition. recent genetic studies have been focusing on the link between genes and obesity. most people, i observe do not have such an appetite or the ability to take in that amount of food. i mean, no matter how tasty the food is, there is a biological limit as to how much you can eat.

@therockana being obese is nothing to do with being greedy or having no will power it's to do with a persons relationship with food plus its a habit which can be very difficult to change if u dont know how no matter how much u try or how smart u are
