in maya, you can import motion-capture files like the ones found at the carnegie melon university graphics laboratory mocap.cs.cmu.edu - maybe there's tools to convert them to iclone - i read that iclone can use BVH motion capture files. at cmu they also have the videos of the subjects, so they could be used with iclone's rotoscoping mode.
