I see nothing wrong with the marking of the walls in this particular bathroom. The Virgin Music store takes pains to attract as many "hipsters" as they can (or sometimes just posers and other bums).
If the bathroom wall gets "decorated", blame it on the store's business plan.

It's the Virgin music store at Union Square in New York.
The store's painted the walls black now to hide all the tags. Check out my recent videos of that bathroom.
But there are other filthy bathrooms in the area that you can mess up.
