adding to this problem, the chinese govt did not make any effort to investigate the case. thats when the peaceful riot started. and they were asked to disperse. but the uyghurs felt that the govt didnt get theit attention so they continued. and thats when the police started assaulting and attacking the rioters brutally. and it is, obviously, the nature of humas to fight back. thats how the riot turned violent. but who started it first ? whos to blame ? think carefully.
