yes it is only out in japanese

there are patches to make it english... not sure if its the eroge version or not... (don't know which one your looking for)

Does anyone know where you can't get a hentai-less version with English subs or a walkthrough that tells you what words are on the screen?

uh the game is hentai ish but the anime and movie aren't hentai at all. But I don't know if you can get a non hentai hentai game XD

Actually, the original had hentai, but they've made new versions with those cut out. It'd be harder to find the hentai version than the EVERYONE version.

Actually, there is a game called "Hourglass of Summer" that was a hentai dating sim for a console...Dreamcast or PS2, can't remember which. However, a PC version was released with all the hentai gone. So it is possible (though admittedly very rare) to get a no hentai hentai game =P
