I was sucked in by the Witnesses for over 30 years. My husband was an elder in the church and he abused me and our children.

I know other women treated the same in JW's, because women are required to be in subjection to men.

I have an ex Witness friend, a lovely woman who has been disowned by her two daughters because she left the Witnesses.

The Watchtower Society makes people do cruel things. I am so glad I eventually found the courage to get out.

It is a controlling religion based on fear.

@Rwssel I am a JW. There are good and bad JW. The same with every large group. I serve God, Jehovah. If I do not get along with an elder I leave the congregation and find another. I love Jehovah first, my love is with Jehovah.

After being married to a JW for 15 years and experiencing their cult first hand I must say this song doesnt even come close to the pain I experienced at their hand. They are a ruthless people with a forked tongue preaching love, then hatred toward their own families. This is a truly evil organisation! I know. I lived it for 15 years and regret every year. Please, if you are in it, RUN AWAY! THEY ARE NOT OF GOD!!!

I've noticed something sorta disturbing. Usually, I don't give a flying crap what somebody's religion is. If that's what ya want-fine. But I have noticed that with JW children(one's that grew up in that religion) don't have the social skills to deal with the real world when they grow up. I've heard/read that the have the lowest retention rate of kids who grew up in that religion, staying in that religion.

There will always be wolves in sheeps clothing,but if you were a witness for 30 years you will know this. What i dont understand,is are you so brave as to go agianst god? can you not see the last days,the wicked upon this earth,and the fear and loathing in man?
