This time I take you through the Kai Tak approach, an appraoch that is not performed anymore, but that was a very demanding one, and doing it without any automation is even more demanding, when you are flying alone a two person aircraft.
This is why the landing check list and items are done right at the beginning, to not get distracted during this approach. After several tries this one was not perfect but still not the worst I had done, and there is also a good amount of cross wind that makes it even harder.
Enjoy!
Very nice video and landing. What is your computer configuration?
