What can happen when governments and developers try to cut cost by taking shortcuts. Cheesman park in Denver is built over an old cemetary where all the bodies where not moved. Hopefully this doesn't happen there.

Spielberg himself has admitted he was running out of money by the end of this movie. It was far easier and cheeper to buy real skeletons (the ones sold to Biology classrooms) rather than buy plastic ones.

When this movie was made, you'd be surprised what you could get away with, and as to where he got them I don't know exact details, but I'm going to assume a morgue or graveyard (not meant to sound sarcastic, btw.)

Actually, it's quite true. At the time, it would've went over the movie budget to hire someone to do up the fake skeletons, and get the supplies to do it. It was far cheaper to get actual skeletons, and the director was ashamed for doing it and he got in trouble with many people for doing it, but he actually did use real skeletons. I did my research and checked sources, because at first I didn't believe it either.

Wise words indeed... In fact, after watching this movie I can safely say I haven't moved a single headstone. My 'just moving the headstones' days are well and truly over. Glad I've got it off my chest...
