This was taken last August 27, when our school celebrated Buwan ng Wika,

This dance originated in Moncada, Tarlac where they call it Jota Florana, the slow parts are danced to a very slow marcha funebre or funeral march. Castanets also take an important role in the dance, held in the hand, the performers click the two pieces of wood to make a rhythmic accompaniment to the background music.
