swoop and squat insurance fraud

actually is the reason why people drive with dashcams in Russia.
The 2 dudes were as always offering to settle without making a police report.

The guy with the camera waited for the police to come and waited for the two dumbasses to explain their side of the story of how he hit them before pulling out the dashcam. At which point the police wrote them a ticket for 1000 rubles ($34).

If i was a cop i would charge this fuckhead with insurance fraud, filing a false report, reckless driving, making an unsafe lane change, and intentionally causing damage to property and anything else I could think of.

Remind me not to drive in russia, if all they get is a $34 ticket for trying to pull off a swoop and squat insurance scam. $34 ticket isn't really deterrent for a $1-5k insurance scam :o

Everyone: Please, go buy a dash cam. Auto insurance fraud is skyrocketing and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Having a dash camera is honestly your only protection.

@comet605 well you might slam your brakes and hope the car behind you is to close to you to stop in time, but the reason of this cam is some peeps back up in to the car behind him and tries to scam!!
