October 10, 2009. Though an activist since he was president of the LGBT group at Harvard's School of Business, Chip Arndt first came to national attention when he and his former partner Reichen Lehmkuhl became the first gay couple to win "The Amazing Race." In addition to his successful business career, he is a passionate advocate for LGBT equality who has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Movement and the fight against HIV-AIDS. Among his many accomplishments, he was the first out gay member of the Electoral College from Florida, and, as the treasurer for the National Equality March, his tireless efforts kept them in the proverbial black.
