Saw this tour twice...weird how it looks and seems like the stone age now,...time sure flies by....seems like yesterday. Anyways, they were just starting to take off and their talent was undeniable, hard to believe that they didn't even make it 5 years longer from this point, to see them at this time they seemed invincible and were so groundbreaking. Remember that they were breaking through even before Soundgarden, Pearl Jam and Nirvana. The freshest, most original hard rock/metal sound in ages

Not! This was a thrash metal crowd and Alice in Chains unfortunately was lumped in with the Seattle grunge seen at the time. Alice in Chains was lucky some in the crowd didn't throw shit at them. Especially since Slayer was one of the headliners.
