Don't u just love Lee Mead - he's so gorgeous and that voice makes him 100 times hotter!!!
This is a brilliant performance from both, and Lee would be great as Raoul or The Phantom. But I think the best performance of this song is in the film with Emmy Rossum as Christine. Her voice is so natural, and she would have sang it well with Lee.

Huh. I think this might be the first rendition of this song I've heard where Christine does not overpower Raoul completely... Lee Mead actually sings this really, really well.

i'm posting this comment as someone who's only ever seen lee live in wicked (i didnt really know who he was before he joined wicked) and really really dislike him as fiyero... i've always thought of him as an over-rated performer... but have recently watched a few old videos of him on youtube from joseph etc, and he was really good. in this phantom performance for instance, lee's vocals AND his portrayal of raoul is stunning :) i've now decided fiyero was just a wrong role for him
