yes, I've seen those videos. seba's mig video and 1 other guy came out after my 1st reply here, so now I know of 5 hovering jets. the wheel standing vid was cool, guess that might count as 6.. I can see why he has bearing probs.. ralf scratch built his jet, it is a chinese c-10 fighter, 22 lbs dry..
O.K search under "jet aerobatics and wheel stands on runway" in youtube for the guy doing it in australia. No gyro on elevator in that rookie only rudder. Cool flips too.
yea, seen that one.. ralf is one of the 2 guys I was refering to previously.. but since my 1st reply a few more hovering jets have come out of the closet. glad to see it is becoming more popular.
goto flyinggiants dot com and look under best of giants video's then joe nall flyin 3D jets. One of the best jet displays I have seen and some good hovering and flat spins
well now a couple more guys have recently come out with hovering jets so it is rapidly becomeing more popular, I'm glad to see it.. but still not many doing it yet maybe 4 that I know of in the world.. lets see more videos if anyone can find some.
I know for a fact he used 1 gyro, on the yaw of the pipe.. I've talked with Wolfgang about it and saw it in the jet, mounted on the batt under the canopy. If someone can do it with a jet without a gyro I'd like to see it.
if there are more guys doing this plz let us see some videos. I only know of 2 guys in the world that are doing it, and this is one of them in this video.
the jet sound is so cool
